Returns and Refund Policy

Because most of our products are custom fabricated to your specifications, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.

Custom Fabricated Parts and Products

All custom machined and fabricated products are made to order based on customer-supplied specifications, drawings, or samples. As a result, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases where the error is on our end.

If your order does not match the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

Stock and Standard Products

For non-custom, in-stock items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided the item is:

•       Unused and in its original condition

•       In the original packaging

•       Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned after 30 days, or items that are damaged, modified, or missing parts due to customer handling, are not eligible for a full refund. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective or was damaged in shipping, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation. We may request photos of the damage before processing a claim.

Once your return is authorized, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. RJ Plastics is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.
