CNC Plastic Machining · Northwood, Ohio

Precision Plastic Machining, Done Right

Three CNC routers, a Schelling saw, and over 30 years running custom plastic parts for manufacturers across Ohio and beyond. We work from CAD files, blueprints, samples, or hand sketches.

OUR EQUIPMENT

The Machines Behind the Work

Our machine shop runs three Anderson CNC Routers and a computerized Schelling Saw alongside a full set of secondary equipment. That combination lets us handle everything from large production runs to tight-tolerance custom work without farming anything out.

Anderson CNC Routers (x3)

Three routers capable of handling sheets up to 63" x 145". We produce large quantities of quality parts quickly and cost-effectively, with dust collection and vacuum hold-down for clean, consistent cuts every run.

Computerized Schelling Saw

Capable of handling multiple 120" x 120" sheets with precision. Ideal for breaking down large plastic stock to exact dimensions before secondary operations. Our CAD department checks stock availability in seconds and processes orders fast.

Secondary Equipment

Full Secondary Capabilities On-Site

Beyond CNC routing and saw work, our shop handles a full range of secondary operations in-house. Your job does not bounce between facilities.
